Placement teams are welcome to call directly. Please don't send information identifying a young person by email — we will arrange a secure route once we've spoken.

If it's a referral, a rough outline is enough to start with — age, needs, timescale and the authority you're placing from.

We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include information that identifies a young person.
