Our properties are in mostly residential areas, close to local amenities, leisure facilities and employment opportunities. We provide a safe and homely environment.

Why we don't publish addresses

Our properties are homes for young people, several of whom are placed with us precisely because they need somewhere settled and private. We describe each one by area and facilities rather than by address.

Placement teams get full details, including the address, as part of the referral process.

Standards

What every property has in common

Each home is furnished and maintained to a standard we would be willing to live in ourselves. Repairs are handled promptly, and properties are inspected as part of our ongoing quality checks rather than only when something goes wrong.

Locations are chosen deliberately: close to transport, shops, colleges and employment, and in residential areas where a young person is a neighbour rather than a resident of an institution.
